This course helped me to become familiar with design innovation strategies, by learning about theories, by studying start-up cases, and by developing a start-up plan or a corporate entrepreneurship proposal. This course is part of the Design Leadership and Entrepreneurship track of the ID master program. In particular, this course focuses on exploiting the product-market fit with a prior project which already has a product-solution fit. I further developed the concept with a business plan and start-up pitch for potential investors.
