With the help of this webpage, I try to collect as much feedback as possible. I would like to ask you to focus primarily on the check-in moment as that interaction still needs to be designed. This “check-in” interaction has the purpose of identification and sharing your data (shopping profile) with the physical store. At the same time, the customer receives a color on the application. This color is “the key” to interact with all smart objects and systems inside the physical store.
