Muscle Scraper
Targeted muscle scraper, shaped by clinician feedback
Industrial design · Ergonomic development · 3D prototyping
A muscle scraper designed from first principles: contact surfaces, edge radii, pressure control. Fast 3D-printed iterations tested with a US-based physiotherapist. Brand-forward engraving in Bynatic style for grip orientation and recognisability.
Challenge. Define contact surfaces, edge radii and pressure control for a handheld muscle tool that is clear and comfortable to use.
Approach. WAUD developed the geometry from first principles and tested fast 3D-printed iterations with a US-based physiotherapist.
Development. The working edges and grip were refined alongside Bynatic-style engraving that communicates orientation and makes the product recognisable.
